Marrakech and Beaches

Departure from Marrakech to the city of Taroudant. We will cross the Asif Ounila Valley and the Tizi-n-Test, at 2,634 m, which has always been the most popular natural pass for crossing the High Atlas. This mountainous route offers wonderful landscapes, with their different colors, as well as villages practically perched on the hillsides. Overnight in Taroudant.

We'll depart from Taroudant heading south, passing through Tafraoute, a Berber trading town surrounded by pinkish granite rocks and home to numerous well-preserved old houses. We'll continue to Legzira Beach, a natural wonder with its two stone arches, created by erosion. We'll visit the beach and continue the route to Agadir, where we'll spend the night.

Visit the city of Agadir, formerly known as Santa Cruz del Cabo Aguer. It was founded by the Portuguese around 1500. It's worth exploring the corniche , or seafront promenade, as well as the port and its souk. At dusk, depart for Essaouira, where you'll spend the night.

Visit to Essaouira, also known by its former name of Mogadur. It is a Moroccan port city located on the western Atlantic coast, north of Cap Sim. It is the capital of the province of the same name, in the Marrakech-Tensift-El Haouz region. With nearly 70,000 inhabitants, its medina, or historic center, has been listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site since 2001. It was the setting for the series Game of Thrones thanks to its walls. It is common to see various water sports, such as kitesurfing and surfing, on its beaches, thanks to the wonderful weather conditions and year-round winds.
